We provide portable toilet rentals, restroom trailers, hand wash stations, and related sanitation services. Specific terms for each rental are outlined in your rental agreement.
All rentals are subject to a separate signed agreement covering delivery, servicing, pickup, damage, and payment terms. The rental agreement governs in case of conflict with these terms.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur fees. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and checks.
Customer is responsible for providing safe, accessible drop-off and pickup locations and for any damage to units beyond normal use.
Daverenzio Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment or services.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
